The main structure of the single-span arch greenhouse is designed for simplicity and practicality, offering low construction and operational costs. In cold climates, the roof can be engineered with a double-arch and double-layer film design. This configuration effectively prevents heat loss and blocks the intrusion of cold air, providing excellent insulation during winter months while maintaining low operational expenses. For the sidewall and end-wall coverings, you can choose from polycarbonate sheets, glass, or single/double-layer plastic film to suit your specific climate and budget requirements.

The covering film is a critical component for light transmission and climate control. We typically use high-quality Polyethylene (PE) or Polyolefin (PO) film with the following properties:
This specialized film ensures a consistent internal microclimate, protects crops from harmful UV rays, and minimizes condensation drip that can lead to disease.
Our single-span arch greenhouse is highly customizable to fit various agricultural and horticultural projects. Below are the standard and customizable specifications:
| Struktur Typ | Single-span Arch Greenhouse |

| Firsthöhe | 4.5m–6.5m (depends on chosen span width) |
| Frame Material | Hot-Dip Galvanized Steel Pipe for superior rust resistance |
| Pipe Diameter | Φ25 / Φ32 / Φ40 / Φ48 / Φ60mm (selected based on snow/wind load) |
| Pipe Thickness | 1.5 / 1.8 / 2.0 mm (customizable for increased strength) |
| Covering Material | UV-stabilized PE / PO Film (other options available) |
| Film Thickness | 120–200 microns (standard) |
| Lifespan of Film | 3–5 years (depending on local weather conditions) |

| Rainwater Drainage | Internal steel gutters with downspouts for efficient water management |
| Foundation | Concrete foundation with embedded anchor bolts for stability |
We follow a systematic and professional construction process to ensure a durable and fully functional greenhouse. Each stage is crucial for the final performance and longevity of the structure.
The process begins with thorough site leveling and the pouring of a solid concrete foundation with precisely placed anchor bolts. This creates a stable base capable of supporting the entire structure under various weather loads.

The hot-dip galvanized steel arches and purlins are assembled and secured to the foundation. This creates the robust primary skeleton of the greenhouse, designed to withstand wind and snow loads according to local codes.

The selected PE or PO film is carefully tensioned and fastened over the frame using specialized aluminum profiles and lock channels. This ensures a tight, wrinkle-free seal that maximizes light entry and weather protection.

Sidewall roll-up vents and/or roof vents are installed. These can be manual or automated with motors, allowing for precise control of temperature and humidity by facilitating natural air exchange.

An external shading screen, often made of aluminized or black net, is mounted on a separate structure above the roof. It can be deployed automatically to reflect excess solar radiation and prevent overheating during peak summer months.

An internal movable screen is installed beneath the roof. This screen provides shade, helps retain heat at night (acting as a thermal blanket), and can reduce energy costs for heating and cooling.

For warmer climates, systems like pad-and-fan cooling or misting lines can be installed. These systems actively lower the internal temperature and increase humidity to create an ideal growing environment in hot weather.

Internal gutters are connected to downpipes, channeling rainwater away from the structure efficiently. Proper drainage is essential to prevent water accumulation, foundation issues, and excessive internal humidity.

A central control panel or computer system is installed to automate and monitor all environmental systems (ventilation, shading, heating, cooling). Sensors for temperature, humidity, and light feed data to the system for precise, hands-off management.

For year-round production in cold regions, heating systems such as hot air heaters, radiant pipes, or unit heaters can be installed to maintain optimal root and air temperatures during winter.

The final step involves setting up the internal growing infrastructure. This includes installing raised seedbeds, rolling benches, or ground-level planting areas, along with irrigation lines, to prepare for crop cultivation.
