Polycarbonate Sheet Greenhouse Overview

Venlo polycarbonate sheet greenhouse uses single single-layer or multi-layer hollow polycarbonate sheet as the top and surrounding enclosure with a special aluminum alloy profile frame. The greenhouse framework uses hot-dip galvanized steel, with a beautiful appearance, high light transmittance good thermal insulation performance. The special anti-UV polycarbonate sheet can ensure the light transmittance and good thermal insulation performance.

The polycarbonate sheet has characteristics of light weight, good day lighting, great thermal insulation performance, anti-UV, dew-free, hail-proof, high flame-retardant, anti-aging and etc.

Main structure

The main structure is made of hot-dip galvanized pipes and connected by hot-dip galvanized bolts, featuring excellent anti-corrosion performance and a service life of over 20 years.

Covering material

The top cover is made of polycarbonate hollow board with an outer layer of UV protection and an inner layer of anti-condensation. The four walls are made of polycarbonate hollow board or glass as per the conventional requirements. Depending on the differences in regional climate conditions, in some cold regions, the walls can be made of insulation composite boards. Sliding Windows can also be installed to increase the ventilation area of the greenhouse.

Main configuration

The greenhouse can be fully automatically controlled and equipped with facilities such as internal and external shading, skylights and side Windows for ventilation, wet curtains and fans for cooling.
